Let's suppose that you run a large company and you need to manage a complex vehicle fleet. You could just install and use Vehicle Fleet Manager.

As its name clearly states, this Windows program was specially created for allowing you to efficiently manage your entire vehicle fleet, no matter if the fleet consists of regular cars, vans, bicycles and so on. After installing and running the program, you will be able to go through a short tutorial, which can help you understand how the program works. After the tutorial is over, you will be presented with the main interface of the program, which includes some sample data. There are some sample vehicles added to the program and the user can view complete information about each of them, like the model, year, maker, leasing information, service schedule and other similar data.

The service schedule can help you cut down maintenance costs, as you are able to view and not miss the service time for all your vehicles. Besides including complete information about your vehicle fleet, Vehicle Fleet Manager can also include information about your employees and you can even associate certain employees with specific vehicles from your fleet, so you can know which person drives a specific vehicle.

On the graphical toolbar, you will notice a blinking button labelled Reminders. This blinking button allows you to quickly know when it is service time for one of your vehicles.
